Frequently Asked Questions
We do keep various meat cuts in our inventory. However, products tend to sell very quickly. If there is a specific cut of meat you are wanting to purchase, you can inquire or message us to see if it is in stock. If the product is not in stock, we will place your name on the waiting list for the next meat harvesting date.
No we do not. We firmly believe in wasting as little products as possible. Often times when an animal is purchased in quarters or halves, select cuts of meat are wasted. Since we began, our practice has been to sell our meat by the package. This allows the customer to purchase the quantity and specific cuts of meat they will use.
No. Our meat is priced exceptionally low. Each time we harvest an animal, we evaluate the meat cut/size/etc which determines how we package our products. (For example, we may package pork chops two per package OR if the chop is really large, we may choose to only package one per package. ) However, the value per pound stays relatively the same; and generally is much cheaper to purchase per package rather than as a quarter of half of an animal. If there is a cut of meat you are interested in purchasing, please contact us. We will be happy to give you costs based on current inventory. It is important to us to provide high quality products at low prices.
